Are you raiding the refrigerator every hour? Is your waistline growing with your business? It is pretty common for women working at home to fall into some bad habits!

When you started your home based business you probably reveled in the freedom of no high powered business suits, no painful heels or constricting pantyhose; but you may want to take a good long look in the mirror, how do you look now? Like a successful business owner should?

You’ll feel much happier and you’ll be much more productive if you dress the part of a successful, woman business owner. So get some cute little casual outfits, workout a few days a week and padlock the refrigerator.

Then when you’re spending two weeks on some tropical island because you’ve worked so hard, made boatloads of money and earned it … you’ll look absolutely gorgeous!

    It’s definitely easy to get into a routine that’s comfortable. But, even though you may be working at home and no one sees you, I guarantee you personally will feel better and your work will improve if you improve your health and appearance everyday. It’s the small things that add positivity.
