Wealth, Success and Women believes that women should strive to become the greatness that lies within each and every woman. In order to achieve their greatness, women must believe that they deserve to have it all so that they can dream about creating wild, crazy, outrageous lives! At Wealth,Success and Women we see the possibilities out there for EVERY woman. Our goal is to inspire, educate and empower women to create the lives of their dreams.

Unfortunately there are many young women raised in homes with a family member that is struggling with their own life and becomes abusive to other family members. Young women that grow up in this type of dysfunctional home environment typically do not feel worthy and suffer from low self esteem. This can lead to a downward spiral in the lives of these young women from which many will never escape.

The Ruby Red Slipper Foundation was developed to provide the counseling and coaching that young women with low self esteem due to abuse suffer from. We will also provide financial support for women to attend college or receive job training, this will not be based on scholastic ability. Our foundation exists to break the cycle and to help young women live a bright future and to be... do ... have... everything their hearts' desire!

Wealth, Success and Women will contribute a portion of all annual profits to the Foundation, we will also receive donations through fund raising events and from private donations. It is the goal of the Foundation to operate with minimal adminstrative costs.
